The True King of Monsters has finally arrived!

Toho’s legendary kaiju gather for an epic showdown to determine who will become the ultimate King of Tokyo. Play as iconic monsters including Godzilla, King Ghidorah, Hedorah, Rodan, Mothra, and Mechagodzilla.

Players familiar with the original game will discover a new feature: Event Cards that affect all monsters during the battle. And for long-time fans, the beloved Evolution Cards are also included.

King of Tokyo: Godzilla is a family-friendly game filled with dice rolling, cards, and monster-smashing action, inspired by the classic Yahtzee-style system.

In the game, players control legendary monsters from Toho’s universe as they destroy Tokyo and battle each other to claim the title of the one and only King of Tokyo.

At the start of each turn, players roll six dice showing six possible results: Victory Points (1, 2, or 3), Energy, Heal, and Attack. Over up to three rolls, players decide which dice to keep or reroll in order to gain victory points, collect energy, recover health, or attack opponents.

The most aggressive monster may occupy Tokyo and earn additional victory points. However, controlling Tokyo comes with a risk: the monster in Tokyo cannot heal and must defend against attacks from all other monsters.

Players can also purchase powerful special cards using energy. These cards provide permanent or temporary abilities such as growing a second head for an extra die, gaining body armor, unleashing devastating attacks like the Nova Death Ray, and more.

To win the game, a monster must either accumulate 20 Victory Points or be the last surviving monster after the battle ends.
