Designed for continuous operation. The impeller of the S8038-10K is held by two high-quality Japanese ball bearings in a sturdy brass housing. This design increases the stability, strength and perpendicularity of the fan and minimises sensitivity to influences such as heat and dust. In addition, the brass housing helps to reduce wear on high-speed fans.
Full control with a wide speed range. The S8038-10K has a very wide speed range that can be regulated via PWM and voltage. With its 10000 rpm max, it offers a good balance between cooling power and noise.
High airflow and static pressure. Heat sinks and radiators benefit from fans with high static pressure. The S8038-10K has a static pressure of 51 mm/H2O, which enables it to push air, even through narrow cooling fins. At the same time, it achieves a maximum airflow of 173,3 m3/h allowing it to quickly dissipate heat from enclosures. These properties make it the ideal choice for a wide range of applications.
Wide range of applications.The S8038-10K fits into 2U server housings and serves as an upgrade or replacement for a CPU fan, radiator fan or for system ventilation. In addition to server cooling, it is also used in industrial systems and plays an important role in machine control and automation systems.
Active cooling for extended motor lifespan. Reliable and robust, it guarantees performance in various hardware environments and ensures efficient cooling and minimised downtimes. A 10°C lower motor temperature roughly doubles the service life. The motor of the S8038-10K is not only particularly efficient, but is also actively cooled by an additional impeller in the fan hub. The scope of delivery includes a sticker for the motor hub, which ensures a long service life even in dusty environments.
Flexible connection options.The fan has a standard 4-Pin fan connector and can also be connected to and controlled on 2-Pin or 3-Pin headers, while the 30cm cable allows a lot of flexibility in positioning.
